Our recent career fest opened up a lot of covert facts for us. This fest consciously aimed at focusing on careers and professional choices available for the young, Employment seeking youth of United States of America. The main aim was to smell out befitting jobs for maximum number of people looking out for a suitable job.

Usually, whenever such events are organized, they arent done just for the sake of it. Its not just about identifying employment needs and opportunities. It is also about winning revenue- revenue that helps in meeting needs for further being able to create matching potential for employment.

The fest was really different from the earlier ones. In the past, all state fests in this region have focused on creating opportunities for all run-off-the-mill professions like Doctors, Engineers, chartered accountants, business analysts, auditors, lawyers, etc. But no one has really touched Home Improvement related jobs as such in the gone times. And this times fest stands to be an exception this time.

The first day carried out workshops for professionals like Interior designers and Architects. These workshops were held to let the audience know of the impending business potential these domains are offering nowadays.

The second day focused on workers like plumbers. The whole show worked towards bringing plumbing parts trading/manufacturing to light as a feasible career choice. The next lot of this workshop focused on creating a buzzword for plumbing advisory, plumbings professional help that can be reached at minimal and affordable prices.

After a small demonstration by a lot of local plumbers, the audiences were truly assured of the fact that even a seemingly tough and boring job like plumbing can be made to generate a lot of fun, and money too.

The good part is, these kinds of action really lead to garnering a positive feedback and potential for such jobs. For jobs that were thought of to be too inconsequential, nowadays those very jobs are being given a serious try.

And most vitality, the workshop has helped in acquiring a lot many registrations for upcoming plumbing schools in that region. This shows the kind of impact this fest has been able to create for Home Improvement.
